Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business daysafter payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volumes.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available on select orders — please contact us at marie@battagliamarie.com for inquiries.

Lost or Stolen Packages

MB Exclusives is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to us at marie@battagliamarie.com so we can assist.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. MB Exclusives is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at marie@battagliamarie.com and we'll do our best to make it right before the order ships.
