Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • Free of any stains, odors, or damage
  • In original packaging with all tags attached

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Jewelry and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.
